Born in 1984 in Piove di Sacco. Since I was a child I’ve been fascinated by music. I still remember when I got up stealthily at night to listen and listen again to the old cassettes in which I had captured the most particular, original and out of the box songs during the day. I spent hours and hours alternating “play” and “rewind” buttons trying to understand how that “thing” which gave me so much pleasure and made me blow into another dimension was made up. I couldn’t explain that! I thought it was impossible that a man had created something like that, it seemed me something inhuman. Time passed and during the first years of secondary school I got in touch with the music played in some local clubs such as “Spot” (Stargame) and “Teatro la Scala” (Autobahn). If I needed to find out unthinkable music, that was the answer! I had come upon the german techno-electro music of the nineties. Long strips of djs, everyone expressing himself with his own style; records looked like entrance doors through various worlds each one with the same common denominator: to pull you out from reality. I began to collect several cassettes and I studied them nonstop. When I was about 15 years old I layed my hands on a cd containing various software to create music. I had my first approach with Rebirth (a tr 909/808 and tb 303 simulator software). I was alienated, upset by the things you could do. I felt my way along and I began to understand how the different samples originated specific loops or specific variations, the same variations I had often heard repeated in the cassettes I listened to. From that moment I was completely ravished by creating music. I played truant to stay home and finish the track I had started to compose before. All seemed to be in function of the music! Moments of great satisfaction were succeeded by others of great depression, but this thing stired up exponentially my desire to create, discover and experiment. A short time after I started to use Fruity Loops, and I utilized the same version until I was 24 years old, even if conscious it couldn’t give me great results. The tracks come out from that “little program” of whom I’m more fond are: “Monica”, “That World”, “Minneapolis”, “People Schalalan” and “Androlab”. Dissatisfied by results, I couldn’t go on with Fruity Loops, so I started to use Ableton Live as a self-taught. Now I’m dedicating myself to its utilize with the aim to frequent soon specific courses and to buy the hardware machines necessary to undertake a long walk: the expression of my spirit. The artists who most influenced me are: Robert Henke/Monolake, Steve Roach, Submania & Ekmoah, Richie Hawtin, Anders Ilar, Sleeparchive, Jocelyn Pook, Mike Parker, Quantec, Marcel Dettmann, Donato Dozzy and others… When I was 22 years old I felt strongly attracted by djing and so I bought turntables and began to seek and collect vinyls obsessively. In October 2006, together with my friends Enrico (Status Und) and Stefano (Oldste), I gave birth to “Thursdaysdeep”, our own crew. We are a small group of people who meet every Thursday in a little room to express themselves through music and have fun. Later many other friends, such as Enrico (Radio Live Trasmission) and Manuel (Feelfloor), started to be part of this little reality.
